Rent by the day or by the month. There is a high demand especially for the winter season, therefore we recommend booking in advance.

Our apartments are located within an exclusive private residential complex in Puerto de la Cruz.
Located on the beachfront, it has several swimming pools open all year round. The largest pool is heated. Another of the pools is for children.
Next to the residential area there are many restaurants, two supermarkets, shops, a gym, a beautiful park for children and all kinds of services.
THE BEST WEATHER IN THE WORLD
Here, the summers are pleasant and the winters are very mild. It is the land of eternal spring.
Puerto de la Cruz is also characterized by mild temperatures all year round.
The average annual temperature is 20 degrees; It generally varies from 15 to 28 degrees and rarely drops below 13 in winter or rises above 30 degrees in summer.
Walking on the beach, or eating on a terrace is something we are used to on a daily basis.
